Star Wolves

Star Wolves takes place in outer space where mankind has formed an interstellar Empire. During the course of the game the Empire becomes threatened by an alien species as well as the huge mega-corporations that have grown to control more and more of people's lives.

Set against this background you get to form a rag-tag band of mercenaries to take on missions for the various factions that are to be found in the universe. As the game develops the destiny of the human race comes to the fore as the aliens make their presence felt.

Star Wolves is on nodding terms with Eve Online and Homeworld with a mix of role playing and tactical elements. You can select from a number of specialisations for your small armada of mercs and there is a familiar upgrade path for each ships armaments.

As you progress in the game new characters will appear and join your group – so your armada expands, centred around your mothership and all controlled in real-time.
