Will you send me a DVD/CD Rom of the game?
Unfortunately, as a download only service, we cannot provide our consumers with a physical copy of the game. However the activation code is stored in your account and you may download the game again if you need to do so.
What are your shipping or handling costs?
There are no shipping or handling costs. The price you see is the total price you pay.
Are your downloads legal?
Our downloads are 100% legal. As a retailer we are an intermediary between the publishers and developers and you, the consumer. This means that we offer you a place to purchase with confidence and we handle any support requirements you may have.
Can I install the game on my laptop too?
Sure! Just remember to check the minimum system requirements before installing a game on your laptop because it may not have the hardware needed to run.
How many times can I activate the game?
The number of activations that are available to you will vary between publishers/developers. Please contact our customer service department if you require any additional activation codes.
How does patching work?
In many cases a game will not require additional patching, and some games auto-update . However we do host patches on the site if you've signed up to receive mail from us then we will e-mail you if and when an update becomes available for your purchase.
If I have bought the game elsewhere, can I download a patch from Get Games?
Yes, just sign up for an account and download from the game page. Some CD/DVD ROM games will have compatibility issues however, so please check the manual before downloading.

How can I edit my details?
You can change your e-mail address , passwords and other information associated with your account on the Account Details page.
My downloader keeps pausing and I need to keep pressing 'resume' after every file - what gives?
Don't panic! The downloader is just thinking! If you leave it alone it will do what its asked of it! Unless you are asking it to make the tea. You aren't asking it to make the tea are you?
