"I'm having a problem downloading a game"
Before, we go further at diagnosing your problem, let's briefly talk about web browsers. You must be using a relatively modern web browser to use this site. While Internet Explorer 6 should work, you really should be using a more up to date version, such as version 7 or version 8. With Firefox, Safari and Opera web browsers, we always recommend using the very latest versions and that you disable any ad-blocking plugins you might be running.
