Payment card declined
First off, if your card type isn't in the list of cards we support, then unfortunately you won't be able to shop at GetGames. We're really sorry about this - please enjoy some of the free to play games instead!
Anyway, there can be a number of reasons for a supported card to be declined, but this information isn’t passed to us by the card company. All we are told is that it was ‘declined’.
It sounds obvious, but it’s worth checking you haven’t made a mistake when entering the card numbers, dates or CSV number. Also, make sure the name on the card and billing address are correct.
If everything is entered correctly and it is still declined then you’ll need to contact your credit card company to find out the reason. It may simply be that you have changed the ‘pattern’ of your spending and they have declined the purchase to be on the safe side.
