"I'm having problems unlocking the game"
When you buy a game from GetGames, you will have to go through one of two or three possible unlock procedures, depending on the Digital Rights Management the publisher of the game insists we use.
Where possible we use ActiveMark, which simply prompts you for your Get Games email address and password during installation.
For Steam based games, you will be required to supply an unlock code once you've installed it. This will have been email to you when you bought the game. It will also appear on your Downloads page (see the link over on the right, by your name?).
We will update this page from time to time, as we sell a wider variety of games!
How many times can I re-install my game?
Once you have unlocked the game you can install it as often as you like on the same computer system. If you change your computer system or your licence files are erased (perhaps due to a re-installation of Windows or a hard drive malfunction), you will need to unlock the software again.
Simply re-download the files following the link in your original e-mail. Then, run the program and follow the onscreen instructions, entering your GetGames e-mail address and password when prompted. The game will then unlock and you can start playing again straight away.

Choose currency
If you wish, you may switch to one of the following currencies. This will affect the price of items already in your cart.
Paying in a currency other than the 'native' currency of your bank account or credit card account will likely result in your paying of commission to your card provider. Get Games cannot predict how much this may be and what exchange rate you'll be subject to, so if you are concerned, please contact your provider for more information.
