"I've definitely unlocked the game, but it still won't play"
The first thing to check is that the specifications of your PC match those of the game. Generally, most PC games will require a separate graphics card with its own on-board processor. Many laptops and ‘office’ or ‘business’ spec PCs don’t come with these as standard and consequently they have problems displaying the complex graphics that are a feature of many games.
